Philani Fund USA, Inc. is a public charity whose mission is to raise funds for and make grants to the South African Philani Maternal, Child Health and Nutrition Project (Philani).

The Philani Fund USA, Inc. has been recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Philani Fund USA, Inc. are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
